What are the areas/locations your cleaning services cover?
We are covering the Bandar Penawar and Desaru areas
How early must I book my cleaning session?
While we cater to last-minute requests on a case by case and availability basis, we highly recommend booking at least 24 hours prior to the cleaning date. If the cleaning date is on the weekends, we recommend at least 48 hours prior to the cleaning date to avoid any disappointments.
What are your operating hours?
Our housekeepers are operational throughout the week from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (4:00 pm last call) and our office and customer service representative are operational from Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Can I make any last minute changes or cancellation?
We strongly discourage customers from doing so. However, we understand emergencies are inevitable. A routine cleaning service and upholstery cleaning can be cancelled at no charge if it is cancelled 24 hours prior to the service time slot.
Post Renovation Cleaning, Move In Move Out Cleaning and Spring Cleaning can be cancelled at no charge if it is cancelled 48 hours prior to the service time slot. Rescheduling will be charged at RM20.00 and cancellation will be charged half of the service fee if such changes were to be made after the threshold stated above.
How do I make payment?
Please make payments via bank transfer, cheques payable to our corporate bank account or debit/credit card. If you are a corporate client, we will send the invoice to you monthly to make payments via the methods mentioned above. We strictly do not receive any form of cash payments unless under special circumstances.
Who are your cleaning staff?
Cleaning companies in the market are flooded with illegal migrants and cheap labor. Our workers are 100% legally employed locals. Ethical business practices eliminate criminal and health risks for our customers’ peace of mind.
What makes you different from other cleaning service providers?
All our staff members have to pass a 4-module professional housekeeping training when they join us regardless of whether they have prior experience. This is to ensure the highest standards of service at every home and office.
